All scheduling must be done 1 week prior to your event.

All payment must be received in full 5 days before your scheduled event.

Event can still be canceled before Chef Enters premises.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Pictures and video may be taken by the Chef for business purposes.

Picture of current GE Tax License, Insurance, and Hawaii Food Handlers Card Available upon request.

Undercooked food can pose higher risk of food borne illness, do not consume without knowing the risks.

SHOPPING FEE $100 FLAT FEE
GE TAX APPLIED TO TOTAL BALANCE
Ingredients and supplies are paid for by you and can be purchased by Chef and brought with or without trailer.
Have 1500 Watt Jackery for outdoor events while using trailer.

MEAL PREP available Daily/Weekly/Monthly
Services are rendered in your home kitchen or event space.

Please have your kitchen relatively clean and de-cluttered, will leave it cleaner than it was.
